      Typically, your feminine care supplies should arrive 7-10 days before your period usually starts. If you are rather regular, use the calendar above to pin-point the start of your last monthly cycle, then go back 7-10 days before-hand to arrive at the selected date of delivery.
      If your period just shows up when it wants like your old Aunt Flo, as the joke goes, targeting a date for delivery might seem rather vague, but together we can accomplish anything! Selecting the first week of the month is generally the best delivery option because you know that no matter when your cycle arrives, you will be well prepared & protected ahead of time!
      It is known that women living together will have their menstrual cycles regulate each other so that they happen around the same time every month. However, if there are multiple girls in the house, agreeing on a date of delivery for your feminine hygiene supplies can be as easy as selecting a neutral date everyone can live with, such as the 15th.
